I have a 7 year old daughter and a 9 year old son.
My weight this morning was 158.
My goal weight is 150.

Did I make the cut? Just got off work, ate dinner, then weighed myself, but I usually weigh myself early mornings on Tuesday's...I would like to weigh 130 lbs and current weigh 164...:drinker:0

Count me in! Mom to 3 kids; 10 & 6 year old boys and a 16 month old girl. Currently 154-155lbs, would like to get down to 142-145ish.0

I would like to join the challenge. I am a 43 year old mom of 2 daughters, who will be 13 and 15 next month. My current weight is 169 and my goal is 135, which I would like to achieve by October for my 25th high school reunion. So, I do not really have an intermediate goal, since October is mid way to December.
Current weight 169
Intermediate goal 135 (October)
Goal weight 135 (maintain)

GW: 155 This wil make me offically out of the obese category by the end of the year.
I'm working on my sodium intake. I get my workouts in everyday for at least 30 minutes by either doing a DVD or run/walking on the treadmill.
I did Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism this morning and have stayed within my calorie goal. I try to preplan my date the night before.0 -

So my initial weight after weighing myself this am is 189.6. As an intermediate weight I would like to be at 183 and December's goal weight would be 175. This will be awesome!!0

OK, so Now to December 31st is 23 weeks. We can make some serious losses during that time!
I am a little confused what Intermediate weight is referring to though.
I listed my start weight as today's: 199.8
If intermediate is the 4 week goal as I originally thought: 187
If intermediate is the end of the challenge: 164 for 35 pound loss in 23 weeks
and Final goal is : 1460 -
