Very true but sad point, alot of bs online for sure.

I guess you mean the change from their before to after picture...I could never go blond, bad skin match, but maybe darker would be daring.Perhaps once they reach their goal weight they figure "blonds have more fun"? LOL

I still have over 100 to lose so count me in. Congrats on your progress so far!!

Sadly I don't remember hating any classics I read in high school or college...I must be a book geek:huh:

I did some research and asked my doctor, was worried since I have quite a long journey to my weight goal, seems most say weight training and cardio. If you go to a gym they suggest circuit training. I just didn't want to leave weights out because than will end up with too much loose skin. Also losing 1 to 2lbs a week is a…

I agree, it has made me aware and less compulsive:)

I also remember nasty comments, but sometimes we need to look at the person saying them, they are probably a self hater and toxic person...The memories are painful but I try to add that to my motivation and fuel myself further towards my goal. I will remember the fat comments but will not let the toxic people win:happy:

I would feel bad if I deleted someone because when they come back it would be even harder for them. Maybe the people that haven't been on will need even more support when they come back. It's not like most of my mfp buddies aren't on everyday so doesn't cost anything to keep others on...

it's a long journey, would love to give support to a fellow mfp'er

Thanks for sharing this. I needed the boost:)

You make a solid point. Overeating like over drinking or drugging is an addiction. Cancer and Parkinson's are examples of disease, very big difference. Don't get me wrong addictions are serious and can be forms of suicide but calling them a disease is just not right....

Sounds like fun!!

Too many 2 pick 1! Madonna, Ramones, AC DC, Prince, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Les Paul, BB King, Ozzfest, Infected Mushroom etc....Looking forward to Foo Fighters in Nov.

They are sold at most food stores, easy to find, they replace pasta and come in fettucini, angel hair etc...kept in the cold section of stores. I get mine at Food Emporium or Fairway Market. Cheap and cheerful!

I agree it's tough when you go out. My visual aide is about the size of your palm, no bigger than a playing card is a portion:) Good luck, I just joined and so far people are so supportive on MFP.

Many people have used cleanses for a quick fix, not long term health obviously. There was a 7 day cleanse with lemons my friend tried, shouldn't do any damage for just 5-7 days:) Look it up online.

I hear you brokewing, I just started on here and have a long scary journey to make. So far just reaching out to the members on here has been a boost to me, and believe me I needed a boost:) As you can see from their replies the members of MFP have or are walking in our shoes they understand and have real experience not…
