I purchased a walking pad and have been using that for two days in a row. Also took a walk outside today before it gets too hot. Day 1 of fully tracking what I eat again.

It really depends, but usually 5 to 6 broken up hours. But I just had a week and a half where I was lucky if I got like 2 hours total each night. It was horrible. I have a hard time sleeping.

Hey everyone! My name is Johanna. Age: 35 Height: 5'3" Start Weight: 253lbs Current Weight: 247.3lbs on August 2nd Goal Weight: 145 pounds I've been trying to lose weight my entire life. I am excited for July. I am getting my things ready to start a new month. June was just not the best.

Working, listening to music, trying to make a bullet journal, and on here of course.
-
Watching (really listening) a murder documentary and about to make chicken/clean/work out.

I get MAYBE 6 hours a night, and that is broken up, and that is if I am lucky enough to be able to fall asleep easily.

The Amazing World of Gumball is on in the background right now.

Hi, I hope I am not too late to jump into this. I am 34 and have been on MFP since 2011. I started gaining weight in late 2019 and it just got worse in 2020. I am back up to my highest known weight and really want/need to lose weight. I haven't worked out yet today, but plan to. The weather here is gross, very hot and…

I drank water this morning instead of starting the day off with tea. I know it seems silly but I've been struggling with my water intake lately, which is especially bad because of how hot and humid it has been.

I would like to not feel like garbage every day and feel good.

I am 30, anyone could add me if they would like! I want to start running eventually, but for now I mainly walk, ride my exercise bike (knee issues), and I love to lift weights.

I have 15 pounds to go until I hit under the 200s. Also I have to get a new driver's license picture in a few months and I want to look better in it than the previous.

I'm annoyed because I want to eat what I want, but doing so has made me where I am now. Overweight and with a gallbladder that hates me.

I want to work out but I probably won't do much besides walking. I've had crappy sleep the past two weeks, and last night was terrible. I already feel like poo, so I know working out will only make it worse. Also, I want to eat, but I just did. Also my gallbladder is bothering me.

I had a free donut and though at the time I was like should I?.. I don't regret it. I never eat donuts and this was a chance, and it was free.

I am in a much better place than I was in the past, but still have issues at times. I think finding trigger foods is a huge step to helping stop binging.

Anything can effect their weight. I know someone who eats a lot but she can't gain weight.

Hey everyone! I'll be 30 in a little over a month and I have 2 kids, aged 2 and 4. Feel free to add me.

I like mine. I like seeing how many steps I've done (compared it to other steppers and a phone counting steps as well). I don't really pay much attention to the active minutes, but I like getting awards and seeing how far I've walked compared to countries or whatever. I also use apps to track my water intake. It is just…

I'm eating cheddar veggie straws and they are delicious.

I loved The Hurricane way too much.

I love food. Besides the fact that I try to make myself feel better with it, mainly I just enjoy having a nice meal.
-
I'm purchasing along the way. I didn't buy myself new clothes for a long time (I guess a way of punishing myself for being overweight and not losing?), so I'm buying clothes as I go now.

There are certain things that we do not keep in the house. An example would be packages of chocolate chip cookies. The whole container would probably be gone in a day (between all of us, mostly myself and my husband). I used to not want to keep cans of soda in the house, but I've gotten better with that over time.

I do it because I know if I don't, I won't be able to eat X without feeling guilty. You can always plan out your day ahead, that way you know what you have to play with regarding snacks.
