Varies all over the place. I've had sleep interruption insomnia for 22+ years now, wake up about every 90 minutes most nights, usually go right back to sleep. In-bed hours can range from 4-5 to 9-10, with some seasonal patterns. It's not great, but it didn't stop me from losing weight, getting fitter, or maintaining a healthy weight since losing.

I'm usually in bed for nine hours or so, but usually read to fall asleep and then wake up a couple times a night to feed a baby. I'm also a fairly light sleeper and wake up for every creak or cough. I probably average just over seven hours at present. If I can wake up before my alarm and get out of bed without too much complaining, I consider that to be "enough" sleep. :)

It really depends, but usually 5 to 6 broken up hours. But I just had a week and a half where I was lucky if I got like 2 hours total each night. It was horrible. I have a hard time sleeping.

Generally trying to be in bed around 10/10:30, alarm goes off at 5:30. So technically "in bed" for 7-7.5 hours, on weekends I tend to be up later but can sleep in a little later, but find the total isn't much more.

According to my FitBit, I get about 6-6.5/hours/night on average, which seems to be about the minimum for me to function well during the day. I do generally wake up 2-3x/night for bathroom or when the bf comes to bed (even though he does his best not to disturb me, it still wakes me up for a bit).
