  • I had a really good workout at Curves tonight. I can tell the difference now that I've been consistently back for 3 weeks. I can really push myself again on the machines and it feels good. Hopefully the scale will be nice in the morning. Anita
  • I've never done it with lettuce leaves. But I have just made myself a bowl of enchilada filling from time to time when I want an enchilada fix. Without the tortillas it really cuts the calories for me yet satisfies my craving. Anita
  • I find the extra lean beef I get has less calories than the ground turkey, so I've never stopped using beef for hamburger helper. I do have to make sure I really watch the portion sizes though.
