Ok, we are starting week 12 of the challenge today time to get moving, only 6 weeks left!
Here are week 11 results, as I messaged to everyone last week, if you don't send me your weight you will not be included in the results. As you can tell by the late posting of results I don't have the time to track everyone down and force any of you to give me your new weight so I will just have to leave you out of the weeks you don't check in.

hey losing_it you got off the zero bus. now are you driving the gain bus? and picking up strangers? i know i must have gotten on your bus by mistake. so let me off at the next corner please so i can switch busses to the losers bus. thanks. ~~pulling the brake cord~~0

OK...I have to get back on track!! I did AWESOME during October by challenging myself to not go over my calories for the month but since then, I've messed up more than I want to admit.:sad: SO...I am challenging myself and ALL OF YOU to stay within calories from TODAY until Thanksgiving. Who's with me? I'm going to post this on the main BL board, too!0

I just joined a gym this week and have been working out really hard. thighs are screaming today. taking a long walk this morning to work them out some. it's been a week since i tripped and started stumbling so the scale is now showing the damage it did. funny how it can take awhile for it to show up. but, like they say it didn't come on over night, it won't come off over night. i am now up 3 pounds from my 212.8 1 1/2 weeks ago. oh, well, life goes on and i got my footing once again.
so let's get'er done losing_it and finish this thing, so we don't have to worry about losing anymore.

I am on the danged ol Zero bus AGAIN this week... I did however find out I am not eating enough so maybe adding more food will help...
I want to be on the loser bus... pick me up too0 -
Hopefully we are all on the losers bus this week Stay motivated and do what we need to do and we will all be able to bust over this hurdle!

We did have a good start for November, but I want on that losers bus also.

Happy monday ladies and gents! Sorry I was away for the weekend, wasn't feeling so great but I am back!
Tuesday weighers, you know what today is and hopefully you have gotten that last chance workout out of the way!
Wednesday weighers, you have to day and tomorrow for last chance workouts and eating right so lets get going!
I think a weekly post will be good from now on, if anyone objects let me know. I will label it just like this one with the upcoming challenge week and I will start it every Thursday morning!
Now, has everyone made their mini goals for November?

Good luck Tuesday weigher's!!!! I just finished BL Cardio Max & I'm going to ride my bike for about 20 minutes. I'm hoping for a good weigh in this week to make up for last week's 3 pound GAIN! (Thanks to eating bad for 3 days & TOM). Anyhoo....I've worked hard this week and hopefully it will pay off in the morning!0

Man I hope I don't catch Losing It's bus. I made runzas last night and they were so good. For those of you that don't know what a runza is. You take hamburger and brown it with some onion, salt and pepper (I add a little garlic powder), Then you mix it with some shredded and cooked cabbage. Then you roll out some bread dough to about the size of a saucer and put a spoonful of the mixture one it (I put a slice of cheese in mine) and then wrap the bread around the mixture and pinch it closed. Then you bake till the bread is done. It is so yummy. Nebraska actually has Runza restruants, but I don't really care for their Runza bc they are really bready. I like to roll my dough out pretty thin so that the bread isn't really thick and you have a lower bread to stuffing ratio.:bigsmile:0

anna those sound pretty good, I am with you on the bread thing, I like breading to be as thin as possible.
I am feeling pretty great today, getting caught up with work, hubby starts new job tomorrow and the junk food is out of the house. My husband had 6 weeks off between closing his restaurants and starting the new job. He is one of those "lucky" people with the great metabolism but he hit 40 this year and the last 6 weeks have caught up a little bit :happy: So we talked and this weekend we cleaned out the pantry and finished up the ice cream and all that usual stuff and he is ready to go healthy vs. just eat it cuz you can.
This will make it easier for me with less goodies calling my name :laugh: I am not expecting miracles this week though, bad choices and TOM and just not feeling great over the weekend surely add up to hopefully staying on the zero bus!
