Ok, I posted the stats for week 12 on the previous post. I will just let everyone know now if your name is not on the list it is because I have not had a new weight for you in at least two weeks and since I am no longer reminding everyone each and every week I have removed some in an effort to keep it simple.
SO, week 13 is upon us and as a team we have lost a lot of weight. We have 5 weeks left ( I think) and now is the time to really pay attention...I SMELL HOLIDAYS!!:happy:
Holidays are notorious for weight gain so think about it, where are you going, what are you eating, when are you going to exercise (and yes, walking through the crowded mall for hours on end does count as your cardio ) but are you going to eat at the food court or think ahead?
Take care of yourself, don't worry about offending people if you don't eat every little treat that comes your way. It is like little Amy's mom said to her, at some point you have to start playing for you!
Have a great day, more tomorrow and get up from the computer now and get some exercise! :drinker:

Ugggghhh the dreaded weekend with all of the extra temptations!!! I'm going to survive...are you? My plan is to think of all the good things I'll be eating on Turkey Day (2 weeks). If I want something bad..I'll just wait until then! :bigsmile:
I am LOVING the BL Cardio Max workout..I recommend it to everyone. I have sore muscles in places I didn't even know had muscles!:laugh: The sad part is I am only doing 3 of the workouts and it kicks my butt!!!! I'm going to stick with those 3 (30 minutes) today & next week then add Jillian's 10 minutes on the 3rd week. :noway:
It's supposed to be COLD here all weekend...snow on Saturday night! I'm tempted to put my Christmas tree up, ALREADY!! :bigsmile: We had a real tree last year and it reeked havoc on my vacuum (and our toes when we stepped on the dried out needles ) so I think I'm going to get an artificial one this year...maybe a pre-lit one...haven't decided.

I didn't know BL had videos, well I guess I never looked for them :blushing:
Husband back to work so my schedule is back to normal. 6 weeks of him being home didn't do me any favors :laugh: Setting my November goals today, yes, I know it's half way through the month, but I still need to make goals.

I've had a good weekend. Had planned some walks, but doing anything outdoors is not an option due to the fires here in So Cal. The ash and smoke is horrible, the fire closest to my house is 10 miles away, only 1 mile from where I work.
Anyway, I pulled out my gazelle and got some work in anyway. I've done some of my cooking for the week, will finish it off tomorrow so I'm all set to begin my work week on Tuesday.
I hope everyone has planned out their food for the week! :drinker:

I'm here and doing good. I have decided that I'm not eating after 8pm. I also decided to brush my teeth at 8pm and not before bed so I won't be tempted to east again. I don't know if I'm going to lose this week I think I'm going to start ToM so we shall see. I have stayed in my calories but when I went to the store I was like yum that looks good but look at all the calories or that looks good but they were to high in calories it felt like I was wanting everything under the sun. I also have been pretty good about eating with all the stress I am in now that my Husband doesn't have a job.

Hey hey team, sorry for the late post. I am using a different computer than normal. The computer guy came out yesterday for work and now my computer is acting up like a spoiled kid. Lets just say I can't type, when I can it isn't what I tried to type :grumble: and when I click on word it doesn't come up....google does :noway: and when I click on google either work or word come up and I am going crazy because of it.
Ok, so here's the deal. I am rebooting to see if I can pull last weeks stats off of my computer tonite. If not the puter guy will be out early tomorrow, so go ahead and send me your weight updates and if I can't post for the whole team I will let you guys know asap. Otherwise it may be a late post sometime on Thursday.

It is early here, yea, that's my excuse for rambing, anyway it is weigh in day for most of us so get to it! Our team is shrinking for several reasons so each of us counts, good or bad we gotta do it. :frown:
go step on that scale and send me your weight, I did get last weeks info to print for me so I can calculate this week so we should be good to go. Now that computer guy needs to get out here and tweak this thing and away we go0 -
