Hey team, getting some results in overall we have some nice results!

I am waiting on 13 results, if I don't get them by noon I am posting team results with out them!

Good luck stepping on that evil little machine this morning and today is the day to start figuring out what this next week wil bring you!

    Morning, everyone! Today is day one of my Oct. goal of not going over my calorie at all! Yes, that scale is evil..I hope all of it's springs pop it!:laugh:

    Nic..did you see the post Canelitas made about having the time wrong? She posted 12:00 PM but meant 11:59 PM, tonight.:flowerforyou:

    Hello Blackies,

    I had a very bad night last night. My husband ended up working until 8pm last night and I had to go work at the office so I grabed KFC on the way home for my daughter and I. I think we might be going out to dinner tonight for my husbands birthday (which is Saturday) with his family and then Friday we are going to go see Terry Fator and we will be going out for dinner then also. Yesterday I had also decided not to exercise due to time and the fact that my body needed a break it had been 7 days straight of exercising. Anyways I My husband had to get up at 330am for work this morning and my daughter woke up twice before my husband got up so needless to say I got about 5 hours of sleep last night, I know I need to exercise today but I have my daughter who is cutting her 1st molers and the kids I watch the little boy is cutting his 1st teeth are killing me with screaming and crying and being extremely needed that I just want to nao during their naptime.

    Anyways thats my gripe for the day its lunch time.

    Oh good, i was sweating it :wink: I thought she meant noon so now I can give some extra time! thx.

    Cwilson...sometimes our bodies need a rest, listen to it and those darn teeth get you everytime. If you are tired, you are tired and you need to rest so you can go strong another day! You will be just fine! :wink:

    UPdate: we are doing pretty good this week! We have a few of us that are riding on the zero bus and losing_it suggested we fire the driver for not doing his job! :laugh: I guess we know that we are all driving our own busses! :huh: Pedal to the metal black team!

    I rewarded myself yesterday evening for dinner. I had started this new way of life September 1st, and this was my one month anniversary! It was nice, but I'm refocused today as well.

    I've learned on here from the support of others, that if you have a bad day its not going to hurt but to just get refocused!

    Hey Good Morning,

    I wanted to pop in and say I'm sorry for all the confusion on the weight-ins, in case there are still any doubts for anyone....

    Here's the deal....

    Team Members weight-in either Tuesday or Wednesday morning,
    then send in their weight-in to their team leader....asap

    Team Leaders have until 11:59pm of that Wednesday to post their teams stats up.

    Wow everyone did great! Nice large numbers, I am very motivated with y'all losses. I have dinners out tonight and tommorow, I have already worked tonight in... tommorow night I am not sure where we are going but I had planned on having a drink.... I'll stick to barcadi and diet coke, instead of a fo-fo drink:tongue: Hope everyone is having great day. I am going to push myself to exercise today.

    Hey there, I apparently didn't make the list - not sure why - but my start weight was 163 and my weight now is 157. You can add an extra loss of 6 pounds to the list.
