This totally made my Monday morning!

Amazing work!

Yes. My brother drinks at least 6 liters per day and is still ALWAYS thirsty. He saw a doctor last week because he was afraid he had diabetes (it runs in our family.) Turns out, he was just drinking too much water, peeing it all out, and not retaining enough, thus he was dehydrated.

I love both 30DS and Ri30. There are some moves that I just lack the coordination to do, so I substitute them for a different cardio exercise. Example: Every time I try to do the Running Man, I injure myself, so I've given up on that one.

Amazing work! ...and now I want to eat cookies...and then lift some weights. :)

My family cosplayed as Capt. Jack Harkness, the 11th Doctor, and Amy Pond and traveled to London to attend the 50th Anniversary Celebration. True story.

I'm pretty sure my hips will never allow me to be below a size 8, but since I started at a very tight size 20 and am currently at a 14, size 8 seems like a good place to be. :)

Jillian Michaels 6 Week 6 Pack. I'm nowhere near having a flat stomach, but I'm pretty sure that if I DID already have a flat stomach, this would do the trick. The ab muscles that are still buried under layers of flab SCREAM after I do this workout!

Keep on keepin' on. I've had MONTHS long plateaus where the scale doesn't move at all.

A little strawberry rhubarb jam. Ommmm nom nom.

My size 22 jeans were cutting off circulation & I couldn't bring myself to buy size 24. (My aunt, who was long thought to be the largest person in my family, wore 24s...) I'm now down to a size 14 & still going. :)

Fantastic job to both you & your wife!! :)

I'm making her Chicken Francese tonight for about the 5th time. SO yummy! My favorite from her site is her Chicken Parm, though. Hmm...I might just make that instead. :)

Skinnytaste.com has amazing recipes that don't taste like diet food. Her chicken parm and her chicken cordon bleu are among my non-dieting husband's favorite meals!

AMAZING! You look SO much younger & happier now!

Watermelon, when we can get it. Skinny Cow anything. Or an apple with a handful of Reese's Peanut Butter Baking Chips.

Hufflepuff!

Oh, sweet baby Jesus, THAT'S what I'm talking about for a cheat day. Except I'd sub in the cole slaw for a bunch of hushpuppies.
-
S'mores- eat it toasted. Hot Fudge Sundae- eat it frozen. NOM! The healthy looking ones aren't really any better nutritionally than the sugary goodness ones. :)
-
Holy WOW! I can't believe you did that with 3 lb weights! My mind is blown. You look amazing!

Pour Some Sugar on Me. Any other answer is invalid. :drinker:

Yep. I gained an inch after a year of pilates in college. Granted, I may not have finished growing, but I was the same height from fifth grade until my second year of college.

Personally, I'd talk to the mom first and then call the cops if nothing happens. You can't be worried about causing someone to maybe lose their job if they obviously don't care about your wife losing her business, either.

Yes. And it gets REALLY freakin' awkward when you're on scrolling on success stories & a bra and panties picture pops up as your boss walks up behind your shoulder.

One of my friends had to have a conference with her child's pre-school teachers because her kid was teaching all the other kids curse words that she heard at home and all the parents were mad. So, remembering that story, I basically just stopped swearing once I had a kid of my own. I've gotten fantastic at just saying the…

Another vote for slowing down! Treadmills are unnatural, in that you have to set it at the speed you *think* you should be going. Thus, you are generally setting yourself up for failure. My jogging doesn't even count as jogging (as far as MyFitnessPal is concerned) but I can now run at 4.5 mph for 30 minutes straight.

My grandmother used to tell me that!!

I've learned the fine art of picking my battles.

"What's that stuck in your teeth? Is that book in your teeth?" And sadly, yes- it was.

I have a similar body type, so I think it's probably attainable. I think there's something soft & womanly about her that I like.
