  • welcome to MFP! i joined a few months ago and it has been a GOD SEND. i had a job at coldstone creamery in college - i was already overweight but once i started working there i gained 40 POUNDS (what can i say? not many customers + 5 hour shifts = a lot of ice cream eating) you will do great! :flowerforyou:

  • thanks for posting this! sometimes i REALLY don't feel like it - but then i tell myself to look at the bigger picture - all these small BAD decisions of not going to the gym add up to me being at the weight i am now - not okay! i tell myself the same thing when i feel like eating a huge piece of chocolate cake!
