I actualy started protein shakes about a week ago.Before this i ate about 1200 and workout out at gym 2-3 times a week and losing consitently,but since ive added shred..nothin :(

Sorry forgot to say: I do go to the gym atleast twice a week and i do watch my calories.Somedays i eat some of my workout calories sometimes i dont..

I tell peeps,but only certain peeps.I have a great workout partner and i tell her cause she doesnt get tired of hearing it..some peeps do...Congrats on your 20lb. loss :)

Mine do this to..I bought new shoes and socks and it helped with the burning.But my feet still get numb towards the end of my 3min workout...Weird!!!
