Hi I am new and was told about this by a trainer that recommended this as an alternative to spark people that is difficult put in food and exercises. This was very easy and comprehensive. I am in Roswell, NM. We are doing biggest loser at work and I won the first week, but haven't been as active for the second week. so I don't know how I will rank for this Wednesday. I hope everyone else finds this as easy as I do. thanks gena1957
