I like it with Pineapple, or pears, or on celery as a snack with a little salt and pepper. It is also good on a salad,or a couple saltines if your diet permits, it is also good with canteloupe, or stuffed into a tomato!

Try Yoga, or just taking long walks, sometimes that helps to destress you and gives you time to put things into perspective. I recently bought a Taylor body fat scale at Target, it was around $35.00 I think but it is programmable for more than one person and it measures weight, water, and body fat , and it measures in tenths of a pound! I love it!

I am diabetic and sometimes have trouble with Candida overgrowth. I have found that adding yogurt to my diet helps a lot, I try to eat it every day when I am having a problem.
