Kelly's Chicken Salad

Kelly's Chicken Salad
Serves 11
4 cups cooked chopped chicken
2 tablespoons each of dill and sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons Kraft Olive Oil mayo
2 tablespoons Kraft Olive Oil mayo with pepper
1/4 cup each of chopped onion and red pepper (or whatever color pepper you have on hand)
1/2 cup Kroger Private Select (or your favorite brand) of Spicy Three Pepper Hummus
Mix add ingredients except chicken. When well mixed add warm chicken and mix well again. Refrigerate and serve on whole wheat bread, low carb tortillas or with rice crackers or your favorite crackers.
