  • I made this today and only used 1 oz cheese in the crust and then 1 oz as a topping. My whole veggie pizza was just over 300 calories. Very good! I am going to try it again only tostada style and add a bit of taco seasoning to the crust and top with taco toppings (fat free refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.)
