Mashed cauliflower is yummy so this should totally rock. What are the nutritionals on this one? Calories, sodium, etc etc.

I love this recipe. Though I use 3/4 cup riced cauliflower and 1/4 cup grated parmesan (the kind in the green container.) It makes the crust not to soft. And with the rice cauliflower make sure you ring out as much water after cooking as you can. Or the pizza will be soggy.

I made this today and only used 1 oz cheese in the crust and then 1 oz as a topping. My whole veggie pizza was just over 300 calories. Very good! I am going to try it again only tostada style and add a bit of taco seasoning to the crust and top with taco toppings (fat free refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.)

I've seen this recipe for a few months now and have yet to make it. I need to try it one day. I've heard it was good.

Thank you for posting this! I've been living off this for the last few days.

I've been using a mix of broccoli and cauliflower in the base, 1/2 a cup of mozzarella and egg whites in the base.

Topping with a smear of pizza sauce, lean salami, baby spinach, feta cheese and 1/2 a cup of mozzarella.
