I am looking for ideas on what to make for Easter brunch with my family. Thanks for any healthy suggestions.

    A frittata - big omelette stuffed with veggies and pieces of meat or fish to your taste?

    what do u make normally?

    just try the slimmed down version

    turkey
    roast veg
    sweet potato fries
    pasta salad (colour pepper,wholewheat pasta,broccoli,mushroom and low fat mayo)

    dessert fruit platter,

    i concur with the above, Turkey seems to be the way to go.
    at our health club there's adds every 5mins for Turkey being the best meat it's drilled into my brain now lol.
    aslong as you keep it balanced everyone wins. Never been a fan of turkey tho, always found it too dry and Pork gives me irritable bowels.

    I will be going to my Auntie/Uncles for Sunday lunch and they usually go overboard with food and soft drink so gotta be strong and refrain from the soft drinks atleast, hard to eat sensibly when everyone else is not and you get criticised for trying to do the right thing, hope they atleast put on something that aint drenched in fats/cholesterol or i wont be eating very much at all.
