i drink wine pretty near every night, and am still losing weight. just 2-3 glasses is all tho, then chase it down with water. just lead a healthy lifestyle, and a few drinks should never hurt.

the video was an old VHS from the brand Yoga Zone. I have a lot of old VHS exercise videos, and I can still find tons more at the thrift store, so cheap and still very effective.

I use my wii balance board. That is what I have used from the start, so any loss is great. also, it matched my moms digital scale.

i have just starting biking to work. it is 7km each way, and in my city, it is very hilly, i still have to walk up some of the hills, but getting better each day. so far it takes me 30-40 min going to work, and less than 30 going home (more downhills going home :smile: )

apple is a much better choice, i made the mistake about thinking icecream would be better, then, it didnt taste as good as i thought it should, then i was upset that i wasted cals on something not tasty

i found that by exercising regularly, it has reduced the pms symptoms and bloating leading up to TOM. how much of a plus can that be

on you tube, look up Denise Austine Super Stomachs. it is cheesy, and old, from 1986. BUT.....THE BEST AB WORKOUT EVER!!!! i found the VHS copy at a second hand store, and swear by it

where i live in Canada, we have a plus sized womens clothing store that sells bras and underwear. the store is called additionelle/penningtons/MXM (three chains of the same store. they carry 3 or 4 different designs of sports bras.

My potluck recipe using quinoa quinoa - whatever amount cooked plain cut up tomatoes, green, yellow, red peppers onions - i carmelize mine to give a less harsh onion aftertaste feta cheese- crumbled balsamic vinegar - i add alot because i like the taste

ok, sounds good, i like eggs and i like whole eggs, doesnt seem fullfillling with just egg whites. 2-3 sounds reasonable

thanks, i find i reach for two for breakfast, i was just thinking of them as a good source of protein, and sometimes i may want more for another meal in the day.
