I am in too. Back to the gym tomorrow and hoping to start PT in a couple of weeks after injury, so I need to start slowly. 30lb (13.6kg) may take a bit longer than 3 months, but I do need support and encouragement to keep me on track and focused

i walk at 5-5.5 kph and jog at 7.0kph i am also doing the c25k, you should try it, it will help you learn to jog without going to far and injuring yourself have fun
