    I'm in! Looks like with December I finished up the year losing 30 lbs! Gonna kick it into high gear in January :) I'll post my start weight on Jan. 1st.

    I'm not one for groups because I'm so erratic with my eating...but looking forward to finally getting it under control so I can drop these 20-25 lbs and then build up some muscle...or more muscle I should say. :bigsmile:

    I'm in. So much put back on over the Christmas festivities. Could be an uphill struggle, more with the exercise than the food. All encouragement gratefully accepted!

    What is your fitness resolution for 2013?
    I want to get to 175lbs by the end of the year, 35lbs. Not my total goal, but achievable if I get my butt in gear!!!

    So great to see you all chiming in! I'm looking forward to kicking it into high gear as I work to finally bust through this plateau. At one point in December my scale said 193.6, on another day it said 199. Yuck. Today it was 195.2, so as I finish a month of 'resting', I'm ready to really hit it hard.
