The Peanut Butter Co. makes a dark chocolate peanut butter that is 170 cal for 2Tbl. That might make it taste more like cookie dough as well. Just a thought! ps they also make maple and honey flavors which might also work.

For inexpensive options I would say try Dots. They do a lot with the cold shoulder look right now, which gives you a nice summery feel but still covers what I consider my problem areas on my arms. They also have a few 3/4 length tops right now. Good luck!
