Calorie counting is and will always be different from person to person, it's individual, you're body could be burning more calories than mine is in a resting state, in short, it shouldnt be a problem, i ussually go over my macro by 10-15 cause i have a long day with alot of work, but i still lose alot of weight, just stop eating 3-4 hours before you go to bed.

Saturated fats come mainly from animal products. While there is a small amount of saturated fat in some peanut butters (never more than 3grms or so), there is an even smaller amount in almond butter. Generally, if it comes from plants, you don't have to worry about super high levels of saturated fats. Other fats yes, but not necessarily saturated fat.
