    here's mine:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla or original, no difference) - 30 calories
1 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder - 10 calories
mix and freeze into ice cube trays

Put ice cubes in blender and add
2 tbsp cookies and cream flavored protein powder (or any amount) - about 45 calories
stevia to taste (sweetener of your choice)
about 1/3c room temperature coffee (enough to blend)

About 85 calories and gives you a great amount.

You can add who-nu oreos, regular/reduced fat/sugar free oreos, newmans own oreos, oreo thin crisps, oreo minis, a cookies n cream ice cream, pieces of cookies n' cream chocolate, hershey kisses, oreo pudding, oreo dry pudding mix, etc etc etc.

Thanks for the recipe! I haven't tried any cookies & cream protein powder. Is there a certain one that is better than others?

It's your preference. I do vegan powders and get mine from Truenutrition. There's an endless amount of protein powders on the market, made with all sorts of different proteins, sugar levels, flavors. Shouldn't be that hard to find.

I may try it. But substitute the yogurt with Vanilla Protein Powder. And substitute the milk with water (per the powder instructions). The powder I use would make this about 165 calories, but it would have 29 grams of protein too! Throw in some other stuff like flax seed powder and you actually have a healthy shake!

    BUT.. Here's my favorite.

Chocolate Protein Powder w/what ever liquid you normally use.
2 table spoons of peanut butter (chunky or smooth
    a frozen banana
    some ice

Blend that sucker up and it's like a Reese's Peanut butter cup in glass!

Costco has a cookies and cream protein powder on sale right now. With milk it is fabulous. 200 something calories though I think - but that includes a good amount of protein.
