When I do yoga classes I wear yoga pants and tight tee shirt to keep from eating it lol. You can get these pretty cheap at Walmart or sports store on markdown alot of times. Namaste~

If it's not working for my and I can't push through it, I quit and pick up where I left off the next day. Any juice drink is going to be high in calories and sugar and low in nutrients. Soda/quick breads are good they don't use alot of sugar if any.
