I'm the same, I gave up smoking two months ago and have put on 3kg in that time?? I log everyday and I know on some days I could pick better choices but overall stay within my goal... HELP!

Thanks for this post, I have been really down the last week after starting the 30DS and running 3k every second day this is a massive difference to my exercise routine.. before I did NOTHING. I have put on about 1.5kg in the last 9 days and have felt totally de motivated, I'll keep going and see where I am in a few weeks :)
