I really don't like deleting people..but on the occassions where i did, was for months of inactivity or because they never supported me even though I supported them on numerous occassions... I've also been deleted by people i actively supported so I've been on both ends..

would love to get the shouldermount!! i can dismount and hold it then bring back up but can't seem to get the shouldermount.. and another would be the inverted v! on a good day i can do that from a basic invert but to just go into it humm.. with anything practice makes perfect so i think i will work on conditioning for it…

well let's see.. my weight has gone up.. didn't have a great weekend eating wise so it could've been from all the sodium and less water.. i stepped it up and tried pump and shredd and i like!!!! my knee is still aching today but i will push forward with a little bit of modifications.. have a great rest of the week all!!

Still very very very sore from all the pole work I did on Sunday... even though i managed to muster up enough to do the workout yesterday, I may let today be my rest day ... gotta listen to this body of mine.. lol have a great week everyone!!!

Got my package on Wednesday, did a trial run on Thursday and nothing Friday-Sun.. so my first week wasn't the greatest but my goal for week 2 is I will definitely do at least 4 days!! Kia Kaha!!
