I live in TN, have a carry permit, and run with my gun in my pack. Yes loaded and hot. And no I don't worry about a darn thing when I go out. Ever.

Had a neighbor with DM, heart failure, and COPD. He always said that "our days are numbered and only God knows how many we have left. I can live healthy for a while and eat salad or live like I want eating burgers and fries-I hate salad!" Point is he lived his life how he wanted and enjoyed what days he had left. Just love…

Depends on the workout. I try to run 5 days a week, some weeks I make some I don't. Always take a break after a long run or when I get the crazy idea that trails runs in the TN mountains are a good idea-usually pay for that for 2 days-but boy it's a nice change and well worth it! Off days I do yoga and lifting.

I agree! All the healthy food is more expensive-leaner cuts of meat, fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains... You would think that less additives and less processing would be cheaper. Oh well what can you do? At the end of the day you gotta do what is best for you.

20 years will soon be over. TN is a terrible state for divorce due to 50/50 law regardless of what the other party never contributed to! Grrrrr. But freedom will feel great compared to this $h!t. It's total lack of emotional support.

Hate it too. When I hit my new goal my spouse always brings me chocolate bars, bear claws, etc. I simply say "thanks but you know I don't eat that anymore".

Since I work night-shift I only workout at night. Days I work, I workout at 1700, days I'm off anywhere from 1600-1900. So far all is well.

Didn't get to run last race due to stomach flu and a nasty head cold :cry: We will be doing the colon cancer run in Kingsport in April. At least that's the plan.
