Thanks for starting this thread. I travel 75-100 nights a year. After too many fast food meals I now try to get a hotel with a kitchenette or at least a refrigerator. I prefer to make my meals when possible. I try to bring my own snacks and breakfast items. I walk, weather and time permitting.

Thanks - going to try these.

Frozen strawberries and blueberries, Kale, nonfat greek yogurt, ground flax seed. I add fresh when available with the frozen. I use frozen fruit insteead of ice so the ice does not dilute the flavor. My family loves it.

That is huge - congratulations

I would love to join. Been up and down too many times and want this weight to keep going down and the health to keep going up. With my job and travel I am unable to get on everyday, but try to get on as much as possible. Will be on as often as I can to help support the group. I have about 85 lbs to lose.…

I place my pedometer count in the exercise comment section. I only count my walking if it is above my daily activities. My goal is 6000 steps 5 days/week and 10,000 steps 2 days/week. It is hard for me to get 10,000 steps on days that I work.

I was in my 30's and did a lot of traveling for business. My daughter was 12 and she went to Europe.

Sorry about your adventures in FL. I go there frequently for work and had a similar experience a month ago. I was told the bug was no-see-ums. I did not have a reaction until the next morning and they werre all over my legs and arms. I also have allergy issues. I was told to use Avon Skin-so-soft or something with DEET. I…

I have a smoothie everyday. It just depends what you put into it. I use fruit, kale, flax seed, and greek yogurt.

You can do it. As with every journey it begins with the first step and you have taken that step. I have started over numerous times and this time it is for good. I find I do best when I log every bite and can see what I put into my body at the end of the day. When I start slipping in my entries I start slipping in my…

I love Chobani. I also freeze it and add fresh fruit and blend in my Vitamix for great frozen yogurt. Could possibly be done with other blenders by using yogurt that is slightly frozen. Great summer treat..
-
I have had my vitamix for 11 years and love it. I make smoothies for 3 every morning, I also make sorbets several times a week. It's great as my daughter is lactose intolerant. I also have a Cuisinart Smart Stick that I like. I have not used it to make smoothies.

I know I am late in joining - still need the challenge. My goal is 25 for April.

That's close to where I live.

You can add me.

Love my VitaMix - I've had it for over 10 years. I just made frozen yogurt - I froze a container of Chobani Greek Yogurt, thawed just enough to break into lage chunks and put it in the VitaMix low and slowly moved to high and it came out the consistency of soft serve ice cream and it was yummy. Now to freeze non-fat plain…
