I bought some coconut oil and read that it can be used as a sub for cream or 1/2 & 1/2... gonna try it tomorrow in my coffee and will update. My hubs thinks I'm crazy for cutting the grains but what people don't understand is that if you don't feel restricted you aren't!

I'm on week four day 3 and I always eat after... I run in the AM and PM so either way I don't want all of that food bouncing around my belly! Good luck and sick to it!

I think that's exactly it... it only works for others if you are on the "same" page. You have to look inside for motivation and support b/c in the end YOU are really the only one who can give it to yourself! Keep pressing forward... :drinker:

Look for a Body Pump class near you... It is an endurance weight lifting class. You might gain muscle weight but you will tone up for sure! My arms and back looked amazing when I was faithful to the class. Good Luck!

Last week I was having this problem and someone suggested I look at my iron levels. Turns out I was only getting about 25% of my daily in...CRAZY! I have been taking a multivitimin for that and trying to eat more iron rich foods and it has helped a lot!! Good luck!

I am so tired...all the time for the past two weeks. I am eating right going to the gym and running. I get the right ammount of sleep but everyday the same tired feeling and I'm sick of it. Any suggestions? I just took a B50 vitamin so hopefully I will be awake enough to jog tonight...
