  • chopped up boneless/skinless chicken breast mixed with avocado, lime juice, a little salt and cilantro - its like chicken salad with no mayo - (not a fan of it at all) and this salad is one of my favs!

  • I love avocado - i use it on a ton - i am not sure that this was mentioned- but i use it to make chciken salad instead of mayo - add cilantro, some salt, lime juice- its delish - i have also used it to make a sauce for pasts - oh she glows website has the recipe.

  • Just finished day 2 also - i feel like i need to get 2lb weights, or maybe 3, i am using 5 lbs and WOW. We just have to keep moving and hope we get better and more fit as time goes on, WE CAN DO IT!

  • I have an infant and a 9 year old and my husband travels, so while I would love to do it in the am, its nearly impossible with schedules and getting everyone moving in the morning, so I wait until the baby is in bed. It's not ideal but for now, it has to be this way

  • I get it, I really do. I am an emotional eater too...bored, happy, sad ..it doesn't matter .. is it freezing where you are ? Can you get outside for a few minutes ? Drink a big glass of water and clean out a closet !! Try to do something to get your mind off of eating.

  • bump.. some of these look good i have a vitamix and my morning smoothie/drink is as follows 1 banana 1 kiwi 1 granny smith apple 1-2 cups of spinich ice cold water. its really good - and about 250 calories - you could use less kiwi/banana/apple to make it smaller -but it makes about a 16 ounce drink.
