great compound lift but really it works lower back and legs the most. Doing it properly is hard, I consider this an advanced movement no matter what people think. Too many people do it WRONG

lol this thread is just.. wow doesnt matter how the heck you cook or heat up your food. Calories in vs calories out. Throw in a multi vitamin if youre so worried.

you dont need vegetables at all on a diet. No big deal. Eat lean meats good fats and good carbs. You're over thinking it if you think you MUST eat veggies

I lost my first 40lbs EASILY without any exercise at all... once you lose some weight youll find that your body isnt as stressed (joints etc) and can exercise then

I like to sit in there for 10-15 minutes just to relax. But at my local gym its pretty gross lol. Sweat everywhere

Nah it wont increase weightloss. If anything youll burn a few more calories just by your body being all hot but nothing youll notice. You may lose initial water weight due to sweating a lot but once you drink a cup of water its all back. Go there if you like the feel but dont use it as a method of weight loss. Wont work

I would say... no reason is, id say its going to be harder to get your heartrate up in the short walk. If you really are going every single day... lifting then that needs to change. You arent allowing your body to fully recover. Thus not able to hit it as hard as you could. Hi Karren 5x5 is king. Great routine I wish more ladies would get on it instead of doing high reps at low weight. I think its because of the points you posted above about 'getting hurt' or 'getting big' Sounds like you can push some heavy weight!
