  • I'm in. Round 1 for me! Thanks for helping to hold me accountable. Not sure what happened this past year, but I have some work to do. I've always held some level of being in shape, but I currently have at least 15 lbs to lose. I'm getting back into longer runs and I'm also starting to do the 80 Day Obsession. CW: 145.4 GW:…
  • I'd be happy to get back into the mid 130's and then go from there. Currently getting back into longer runs (I'm up to about 6 miles now). Hoping the weight will start falling off soon.

  • I'm in, with the exception of one night this month. We are finally having a date night out for the first time in months. Looking forward to it as I've been so bad lately.
  • If I were in your shoes, I would pack spinach wraps and the flavored tuna packets as both will pack well and keep for a long time. I would also pack a jar of almond butter for wraps as well or maybe a few apples that you could cut up to eat with the almond butter. Maybe make a homemade granola for the mornings and for a…
  • YES! Please do the interview. I think there is nothing better than surrounding yourself with people who can help motivate you to reach your goal. Everyone is at a different place in life. You may be motived by some of the people you would meet at this job (employees and members) and you I bet you could also help motivate…
  • I'm in for 100 for June. Just getting back into my miles after resting a foot issue for quite some time.
  • First off, from a person who runs, congratulations on getting yourself out there. I know the jiggle can be a pain so maybe you can try some compression shorts that hold you in a bit more. I am so inspired by new runners and love seeing people out running who you know are a bit newer to it. I am honestly your biggest fans…
  • I bet you can do that! You have made the hardest changes since February (at least in my opinion) of dropping the fast food, sugar, soda and other crap AND you added working out! You have made changes that are super hard for a lot of people. Stick with it because I know you have to be loving the results!!! You deserve to do…
  • Great job. I don't know how tall you are (to help get an idea about the right weight range), but since you just started losing, I don't think you are losing too fast :) It sounds great and also sounds like you have been busting your butt to get healthy! You're amazing and no doubt very inspiring to others who are also…
  • I gave alcohol up for Lent so I'm in too :)
  • Hands down BOB stroller. I had a single when my first was born 6 years ago and still use it. I bought a used double BOB when my second was born. The ones built after 2010 (I believe) have an insert so that you can attach your infant stroller on it and use it with them strapped in so it is definitely useable before 6…
  • Just saw your post. Love Love Love some roasted veggies :) I love that you can literally put whatever you have in the house in the oven!
  • Roasted veggies! It's not exactly quick, but it is little prep and super easy. It's just the cook time that takes a while. You can basically put any veggie on the pan (baby carrots, onions, peppers, broccoli, potatoes, garlic, cauliflower, asparagus, brussel sprouts, cherry tomotoes, mushrooms, etc.) toss a little olive…
  • I came across IF a couple days ago on here and starting reading about it. I'm basically on my 1st full day. I ate breakfast yesterday but then didn't eat again until 1 and stopped at 9. I'm holding out until 1 to eat today and so far it's not too bad. There were a few things that I liked when I was reading about this.…
  • Definitely doing this month. I'll be back when I get my weight :)
  • I'll have to come back to this one to make you feel better. Short story is yes, I've fallen twice. Both when I was by myself and both on very busy roads and both resulted in a lot of blood lol.
  • Nursing actually helped get me down very quickly with both of my boys. I always held on to the last few pounds because of nursing, but when I was done with that they came off easily as well. I did workout as well. My boys loved to walk/run with me. I did lots of toning exercises because my stomach and legs needed that as…
  • I think that it's awesome that you recognized that you needed some help and actually got it. You are clearly a very strong woman so I bet with the right help you will be feeling great very soon! Please keep us updated and know that you have plenty of supporters here.

  • Welcome!!! All you have to do is copy and paste the original post and fill in your own info :) You just sort of keep up with this thread and repost every week with your new stats :)
  • I'll post a new one just for August :)
  • Is there a thread up for just August Weight Loss? I don't see one just for the month. Thanks.

  • Exactly, and many people do not know how many calories are in certain fruits. It's just one of the higher ones so when you follow a diet where you try to keep sugar low, the extra calories can sneak up on a person without them realizing it. Not everyone tracks their calories every single day to know that.
