173.8 finally, a loss!!!
-
My hands swell when I walk or run. It's from swinging your arms. Totally normal.
-
ALSO, many kids will eat less when it's hot. I barely ate at all in the summers when I was a kid. I just wasn't hungry!
-
She should eat as much or as little as she wants to, but just really, really, really limit the junk, esp pop and such. No active kid will eat too little or too much if there's only healthy options around. The problem comes when she only eats one TYPE of food. If every dinner she only eats the starch, for instance. Give her…

176.5 That's a gain. But I'm shredding, so maybe I'm gaining muscle?
-
Bad day yesterday, totally fell off track food wise, and exercise!!! Didn't do my shred. About to do it now.
-
Yeah, I start off with the "proper" push ups, but have to switch to "knee" push ups after 6 or so!
-
Just finished day 2. I was/am sooo sore from day one. I started off and could barely do the cardio properly. By the second round of the cardio, I was able to actually get off the ground a bit easier. ( I guess I needed to be better warmed up, 'cause my muscles were stiff?)
-
yup!! Did day 1 yesterday. My body hurts!!! Quads are the worst! I still need to do day 2, but I'm procrastinating!
-
30 Day Shred!
-
Circuit training and vigorous calisthenics equal the same calories burned! Interesting! Today is day two for me, but I'm sooooo sore, and have been delaying! I went for my regular walk today and it kicked my butt. Not totally sure if I can do another shred!!!
-
I started today too!! Awesome workout! I sweated sooo much after! I was dripping! Now, here's my question..... how do you log your workout calories? I said I did 20 minutes calisthenics.

Mine's open. Weekends have been terrible though. Probably better not to look at the weekends. :P

174.5 loss of half a pound. Ugh... going slowly!
-
Good luck to you! And Welcome.

I had pizza for dinner tonight!!! YUM! Four slices! But I worked out major today. Hiked for an hour carrying two 3 lb weights. I still came out ahead by 8 calories

I'm expecting this any day in the mail. Before I bought it though, I read the reviews, and did other research, and it said that it's not for people who are just starting their fitness journey. You should probably have a bit of fitness under your belt first. Jillian Michaels DOES have a "beginning" DVD as well, so maybe…

The socks is important, for sure. But you say it's only one foot? Might be that your feet have enough of a difference that they're different sizes. You might be fitting your shoe to fit one foot, but not the other. I know there's at least one site online where you can swap different sized shoes with other people who have…

You lost like 10 years!!! You look so much younger!
-
cw 175. Still haven't moved the scale. But I'm ok with that, 'cause I went camping and ate a lot of junk, including carnival food.
-
I say, just enjoy not getting your period! And if/when you want to reproduce, fatten up a little! I know lots of fit ladies who rarely get their period!
-
There's been reports that they don't do anything for ya. But if they're comfy, then that's GREAT!!!
-
No weight movement.

#1, If the grandfather is a murderer, then no, he doesn't need to know the grandchildren. #2, give it time. The mother may let you. The next time you talk to her, if she says "no", let her know that you'll be open to contact any time if she changes her mind, or if/when the boy is old enough to start seeking more family…

The days I don't work out, I feel sluggish and yucky and sometimes don't even get outta my PJs until after noon! (it's 12:09 here and I'm still in my pjs.)
-
Ha ha, good story! Good job!
-
They're young. They're still "boys". Most likely half of them will grow up and be better when they're older. The others, who don't grow up will be losers. Save yourself some frustration and just realize they're like children, and that MEN are much different!

I play slowpitch. It's a beer league. Lot's of fun.
-
175 today. That's down 1lb. And I went from being OBESE to OVERWEIGHT today!!!!!

This is my first challenge, and I "lost" this post, and had to search pretty hard for it. Is there a way to keep track of certain posts?
