I'd suggest to switch it up a little. Do you work out at a gym? If you do then don't be afraid of a little weight and strength training. It helps tone and bumps up your metabolism instead of just cardio all the time. Good luck!! =)

I actually like TC and I was sad to see him go, but I HATED what he said during his interview. He made a promise to his son to lose weight and tried for 2 years to get on the show. Why couldn't he put that motivation into actually losing weight at home?! He kept making excuses because he wasn't on the show! He couldn't…

Amazing job and some fantastic advice!

I switched to smaller meals throughout the day and I noticed that helped a lot. I generally eat around four 300 calorie meals throughout the day so I don't have time to feel hungry between meals. Drinking a whole lot of water helps too. I still get hunger pains occassionally but keep a healthy snack around just in case!

Skip the diet pills! Start working in strength training (weights) if you haven't already. You will definitely notice a difference in weight loss
-
Also, doing strength training instead of just cardio will help you lose a lot more! Don't be afraid to pick up some weights.

It's not rude at all to not be there, but only if you trust her not to take anything that wasn't hers. If you don't trust her then have a friend there to prevent any drama on either yours or her part. Good luck!!!

I always plan my meals otherwise you're stuck going out for fast food or snacking on junk at the office. I actually bring 2 small meals to eat. If I don't then I'm starving by the time I get home! I'll bring something lean cuisine and either soup, a sandwich or leftovers. I also keep healthy snacks in my drawer too =)

You have a wicked stache!

I switched from the Nuvaring to Mirena and I'm soooo glad I did it! It was painful and uncomfortable for the 20 seconds it took to put in and I had a little cramping for about 2 hours after, but its worth it! I haven't had a period for 6 months =)

Don't judge yourself by how you think you look in a mirror. You look at yourself too much so it's hard to notice changes like weight loss. We notice when things start to fit differently. I gained 30 pounds and I honestly couldn't tell the difference in a mirror. I could tell when none of my pants fit me tho! Don't be too…

Welcome! I wish you good luck on your journey. I know you can be successful! Jillian

I'm on week 2 of Insanity too! It's such a crazy workout but I love it! Can't wait to finish it and see the final results =)
-
You might fall off but you still can get back on and start again! You can do it this time! =)
-
If you can, try investing in protein, like muscle milk light, to take after a workout. Only one scoop with water is like 100 calories and it gives you extra protein and nutrients that will hopefully help with the energy =)

I would also try cutting down on your sugar. That can be a huge hinder for weight loss, too. I would agree with some other people and actually up your calorie intake to like 1300 or 1400 to start. Eating too little can actually be counter productive. Good luck!!

Everyone has their frustration and I will tell you it will be okay! There are other factors that could hinder weight loss, like amount of sleep and stress. Are you getting plenty of sleep at night? Are you changing up your workouts at all? If you are doing the same workouts and are not truly pushing yourself? Since I can't…

Unless you've had a history of joint problems then I'm not sure why anyone would tell you that! Running can cause wear and tear on your body, but that happens to anyone. Running at your weight is perfectly fine, but don't push yourself past your limits because that can lead to injury. I'm running multiple miles at 170 and…
