I find the same thing. I hit a plateau on 1200kcal then move up to 1450kcal and plateau again. So I've started to zig zag a little.

I tend to go to Starbucks every morning and grab a Egg, Bacon and Mushroom Panini. This is 269kcal in UK Starbucks. Keeps me full for a good 2-3 hours. It's maybe not made up of the healthiest ingredients but its a great start to my day!

For my chocolate fix I have some Nutella (chocolate and hazelnut spread) on Melba toast. Each serving is 80kcal for the Nutella and 12kcal for each slice of Melba toast
