I went shopping this weekend and on a whim tried on an adorable button down shirt. For the first time in many, many years, I tried on a button down and there was NO gaping at all between the buttons. I almost cried because I was so happy. Now to work on getting into a smaller size! :)

I've actually gotten a lot of inspiration from Extreme Makeover: Weightloss Edition. I know those people get a lot of extra help, but they still manage great things in the span of a year. It got me interested in going back to the gym again.
