I am 131 and 5 ft 2 just want to lose another 4 lbs, but since February I have stayed at the same weight, i realise this is no bad thing but I really want to get to goal, any motivation would be really appreciated.

The thing that helps me to keep on going is mini goals i set for myself. Set mini goals that you know you can reach, that are not reliant on anyone else but yourself, make the goals as small as possible so that as you reach them you can focus on the next. L3 D2 completed yesterday, just did not have time to post, going to do Day 3 shortly, only 7 days left, I am thinking of doing a yoga DVD next, I am really enjoying the stretches but not so keen on the jumping..... Can any one recommend a good weight loss yoga dvd i could try, thanks

Day 8 L2 completed yesterday, I will do Day 9 tonight... Have not looked at L3 yet, but tomorrow is my last day on L2, I really cannot believe it has gone so quickly.

D3L2 completed, but only just, I could not give it 100% as my back is really starting to hurt. I may take a days rest tomorrow :-( I had really hoped to do the 30 days straight, I will see how it goes today..... Anyone else suffering with their back?

D2L2 done, my back is starting to hurt, not sure if I am doing one of the new moves incorrectly or just using new muscles, anyone else with similar complaint? But I too am feeling tired, combination of early morning exercising and busy weekend I think!
