Another day of level 2 done for me - will check but I think it was day 4. It was preceded by 3 hours of cleaning, tidying and ironing and followed by 30 mins on the treadmill, including running over 2 miles0

Day 8 L2 completed yesterday, I will do Day 9 tonight... Have not looked at L3 yet, but tomorrow is my last day on L2, I really cannot believe it has gone so quickly.0

L2D3 done on Sat, was away on Sunday so no chance to do my shred then, and this morning woke up with a painful knee - feels like a bruise coming but its all swollen and after hobbling around all morning I decided trying to do jumping jacks was a bit much. Pleased to say though that it feels much better this evening so will be back on track tomorrow morning!0
