  • I agree with listening to your body. I rarely eat my exercise calories. I just can't get in an extra 600-800 calories in a day. I am losing weight. When I want to splurge or have the desire to eat more than I do but I don't flinch twice when I stay under 1200 calories which is the norm for me.
  • I do stick with the calories they give me and usually eat about 100 under just because I am paranoid about if all the numbers assigned to my foods are accurate. I rarely eat my exercise calories but when I have a good work out that is my excuse to have some ice cream or a glass of wine :)
  • I am addicted it is fantastic. It does feel like going to a club with a group of friends. I have the latest Wii Zumba at home too but it isn't the same I have done it only a dozen times but I do Zumba 2-3 times a week at my gym.
  • Yes, I do cringe and don't go out even a fraction as much anymore. That allows me to stay in control. I also warned my husband when I started over in January to support me and not tempt me!
