I have my calories set at 1302 right now and I usually eat back some of what I earn from exercise. Should I just stick to 1536 no matter how much I workout?

I've done about 3 rounds of Insanity in the past and on the second and third round, I would go for a 2.5-3 mile run in the morning once or twice a week and then do Insanity that afternoon after work. I just decided I can't have the combination of crackers (like wheat thins or Special K multigrains) with cottage cheese or cream cheese. I'm completely unable to moderate that. And the trail mix you get at Costco. It's just a big bag of crack to me.

I'm one of 6 kids and our ages are - 35, 34 (me), 29, 26, 24, 19 and 14. So, I'm 20 years older than my youngest sibling and I absolutely love our family. :) I'm pretty sure my Mom hadn't planned on it....but it worked out really well!

Kids are gross. They **** in their pants and they constantly have snot and boogers hanging out of their nose. Bottom line is the dogs live there - you don't. If you don't like it, don't go to their home.

I want to lose about 15 lbs. I didn't think about the fact that its say "in 5 weeks".... That would be 7 lbs in 5 weeks. I guess thats a normal rate to lose weight.

Read "He's Just Not That Into You." Don't watch the movie, read the book. Excellent, excellent stuff. Main premise is that if a man really wants to be with you, he will move heaven and earth to be with you. If he doesn't do that - then don't blow up his phone, try to decipher "hints", or rationalize his behaviour.

I have what I call a Treat Day once a week - Sundays. If I've stayed on course all week and have gotten all my exercise in - I won't be as vigilant on Sunday's and have a little more of what I want. But I still log it so I don't go overboard.
