I tried this in 2011-fell off more times than can count. I restarted in February at 260 and im now at 175.4, trying to get to 125. I think my biggest advice is to realize that this is a lifestyle change. Before, it was just a diet to me. Now, this is just how I eat. Its all about finding your happy place and staying there.

I work at Chipotle. We're supposed to give out 7 ounces of rice, 4 ounces of meat, and 3.5 ounces each of the additional items. First 50 pounds, 1200 calories (not net) and a vegetarian running 4x a week for 30 minutes. Now, 1750-1900 (not net!) calories and still losing weight doing C210K, fitnessblender and a strength traing program. I lost 5 pounds last week and 3 this week so far.
