My wrist and palms feel fine, and I don’t have any injuries or arthritis. So I think it might be my grip strength. I will have to try and develop that. My husband has a few grip strength devises that I squeeze, I can start using those. I hope that working on my grip strength everyday will help, but I don’t want to overdo…

First of all...congrats on your wedding! ;) I have done both Turbo Fire and ChaLean Extreme but I haven't done the hybrid yet, I'll start the hybrid after I'm done with my second round of TF. I think both videos are awesome and if I was in your shoes I would do the hybrid. I'm sure you will get great results! Good luck! :)

That is a great article! A good workout to do if anyone is interested in doing a fun workout with HIIT integrated into it is Turbo Fire. This is my soul mate workout!!!

MFP already calculates a calorie deficit so you should eat the recommended calories that MFP says you should eat. And how many calories you burn during your workout you should be adding those calories back into your diet (so you can eat more food, YAY!). Say MFP says you should eat 1200 calories and you burn 300 calories…

I always wear my HRM, even if I'm just weight training. My heart rate does get higher when I'm doing some weight training. There seems to be a mild cardio effect when lefting weights. I just like to eat so I like to try and add those calories back into my diet :wink:

@ jataijah I just bought some UFC weighted gloves at my local Sports Authority. The weights are removable so I can increase or decrease the weight. Fire 45 is by far my favorite workout. I just love the "Boom I Got Your Boyfriend" song. I just started week 11 of Turbo Fire, I'm going to do the advanced DVDs too so I have a long ways to go but I am loving Turbo Fire :)
