I stopped reporting my weight, I thought we not doing this anymore. I am a bit confused? I am 130 now :smile:

unfortunately up 3 lb this week after all inclusive vacation :sad: :sad: :sad: :mad:

last week 135.6 this week 134 lost 1.6:laugh:

I'm 100% Polish same freckles in the summer, pale in winter, black hair at birth then withe blond now ashy blond. Funny.....typical polish person...when I see it I know exactly that they are polish. All polish people can recognize that. It is very easy for as....I guess you have to polish to understand that .

Take small steps, don't get discouraged easily, think positive.It is very hard I know but you can do it ,we all can do it if we put our mind into it. Don't think about bad days focus only on good and I'm sure you will see the results. Good luck, add me if you want and we can support each other.
