I am on day 11 of my second round of Insanity. I agree with don't look at the scale, measurements are your friend. Also look on Instagram for pics. #insanity

The scale can be a problem for me as well, but I have to keep it. Just choose your weigh-in day, and put it out of sight the rest of the week. Put it in a place that would be annoying to get to. That way you won't see it, and won't be tempted. Hope this helps!

Yes he is. He eats whatever whenever and barely puts any weight on. He never exercises either. He used to be overweight most of his life and the last 5 years he's been smaller. He is a diabetic and that plays a part also.

I know my diary isn't opened. I stated that.I am not eating too much. My food is prepped and weighed. I still have a lot of weight to lose 40lbs. So I eat under maintenance. I track exercise with my hrm. I am not overestimating calorie burns. Thanks tho...Anyone have advice to get over this hump?

Please don't! I tried it... COMPLETE WASTE OF A BOOK! It's not enough to sustain anybody... You will be hungry, Very very hungry. Just my 2 cents.

I agree with the advice to stick with it! I am at the end of week 4 today and still takes breaks. Go at your own pace and modify when you need to. Stick with the program and schedule. You may not feel like you are doing better, but believe me, when you do the 2nd fit test you will be amazed!!!! Keep at it!

I started on the 1st and I am in love. I hate it during, cursing, breathing heavy, & sweating my butt off. I know the payoff will be great. Set your own personal goals for the program. Literally write them down and use every workout as a way to achieve those goals! Feel free to add me for support!
