Here are some pictures BEFORE I lost 70 pounds...

I still have a little ways to go and I know I need to tone up, but I feel so much more energetic and confident than I used to! I feel like a new person. It takes a lot of dedication and hard work, and it takes time...but it DOES pay off if you stick with it. :)

    Aww thank you! It took me about a year, I stuck to 1200 calories a day with one cheat day a week, I tried keeping my sodium low and I drink about 64 ounces of water a day :)

    Thank you! I realized the days that I drink a lot of water I feel sooo much better the next day. :) and if I don't drink at least 8 cups, I don't lose weight either.

    Thank you so much everyone! Yes water is so amazing! Also I try to eat a lot of foods high in potassium to help flush out sodium. As far as exercise goes, I stay pretty busy with my little ones. I try to do toning exercises 3 times a week and I try to walk as much as possible :)
