The cals thing is straightened out. Books says I should be at about 2400 - but she said if I needed to go a little lower, that would be fine. So we agreed on 2100-2400 cals. Just found out if I fail my fit test on Friday, I won't be allowed to do the P90X3. :( My coach has a backup plan - but I have been pumping myself up for weeks. I'm going to be crushed.

Sorry - I didn't know people had posted more. :) Glad to know others are feeling like I am - with the 3000 cals. I was going to suggest Couch to 5k as well. I completed the program, but decided that running wasn't my thing. However, I started the program at 267lbs, never running and barely exercising, in my life and I was able to do it! It really works.

5'7 here...I started at 257...225 now. I don't want to be skinny. I want to be curvy still. I have a goal of 180. And then, I'll take it from there. I don't plan on dieting at that point, but continuing to eat well and work out. If more comes off, great...if not, I'm good. Good job to all of you!!
