I'm a trained opera singer and like it says in my profile, it's hard to have a professional career when you're an overweight soprano (even the Wagnerians are under scrutiny these days!). I'm not complaining; I honestly think it's a good thing that everyone is so focused on health and fitness these days. If anything, the peer pressure is actually motivating me to something wonderful for myself! I'd love encouragement and am always up for making new friends, so please feel free to add me if you're at all interested in anything I've said :-)
