Thanks Kristi for being a good leader !! I have been more quiet than some other people in the challenge but I did it ! Except for the last 2 days, I was and I am still sick, I did not go to work. I am sad i was not able to do the last challenge of the month. Good luck to everyone !

Yesterday was a good day. I went to the gym to run/walk 2.2 miles and I did a small workout. I also did 125 crunches and all the other challenge ! Have a good day !!

Hi everyone ! Yesterday I went to a 1 hour zumba class. I ran my one extra mile on the treadmill, drank all my water and I was under in calories !!
