I am 36, 5'1 and weigh 141. I would be totally happy if I could get back down to 130 to start with. I know I should weigh less but I found it too hard to stay there let alone any lower. I love to cook and bake so I need to be realistic. Would love to be friends with any of you!!

I have Shred it with Weights and 6 Week Six Pack. I don't think you can go wrong with any of her DVDs. My fav of the two is the 6 Week Six Pack

Feeling bad about it is not going to fix it. I think you are on the right track to fixing it already. Accept that you went overboard and let it go, don't beat yourself up. Careful not to neglect your protein. Lots of egg whites, low cals so you can have a lot. I did the very same thing yesterday too.
