  • Pass day 3 today. My kiddos have covid. They're both very clingy and so I've literally had small boys on top of me all day. The baby cries if mummy puts him down so I've been sedentary today sadly. Want nothing more than to go for a run but that'll have to wait.

  • Yes x3. I definitely feel the tracking fatigue some days. I just want to not have to think about what I eat. I think a lot of that is me just wanting an excuse to over eat. I think those little white lies to myself are how I got here in the first place so I need to be careful or they'll build up again

  • Pass day. Again annoyingly it's the lack of activity. Was building Lego with my son for most of the day and trying to contain the baby so he didn't choke on Lego. Was hoping to go for a run once they were in bed but my husband was stressed and upset and needed some time.

  • Pass day 4 My family do Christmas on Christmas Eve as my sister and her husband have a nuclear family Christmas Day. It works nicely because it means we go and see my husband's family tomorrow. Does mean two lots of Christmas dinner and drink and nibbles so will be pass day 5 tomorrow.
